Help spread the word about our award winning healthcare communications. You'll receive a £50 voucher as thanks for passing on our name to a new client we haven't worked with recently, when the new client books and completes at least one day of work with RubyDuke. And the new client gets a day of writing support - free of charge - when they bill another full day. Full terms and conditions apply - see the bottom of this page for more details.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the RubyDuke Communications Ltd Referral Scheme. By participating, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility
1.1. The referral scheme is open to individuals who refer new Clients to RubyDuke Communications Ltd.
1.2. A "new Client" is defined as a business that has not engaged with RubyDuke Communications Ltd in the last 12 months.
1.3. Self-referrals (referring your own business or employer) are not eligible for reward. However, we still appreciate your support so please do pass our information on.

2. Referral Reward (£50 for the Referrer)
2.1. The referrer will receive a £50 high street shopping voucher if the referred Client books and completes at least one full day of work (minimum 7.5 hours) within six (6) months of the referral submission. The work is considered ‘complete’ at the point RubyDuke Communications Ltd invoice the Client.
2.2. The reward will be sent by email within 30 days of the invoice being issued to the Client.
2.3. If multiple people refer the same Client, the reward will be granted to the first person who submitted the referral.

3. Client Benefit (First Day Free)
3.1. The referred Client will receive their first full billed day (7.5 hours) of writing services free of charge, provided they commit to and are invoiced for a minimum of one additional full day (7.5 hours) of paid work. i.e. The booking must be for a minimum of 2 days.
3.2 The free of charge work cannot be applied to out of hours work, meetings or pitch attendance, coaching and mentoring, workshop facilitation, or other non-writing services provided by RubyDuke Communications Ltd.
3.3. The free of charge day cannot be split across multiple days, or be redeemed for cash.

4. How to Refer
4.1. Referrals must be submitted via this form to be validated.
4.2. The referred Client must confirm that they were referred by the Referrer at the time of booking.

5. General Terms
5.1. RubyDuke Communications Ltd reserves the right to verify all referrals and deny rewards for invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent submissions. Any abuse of the referral scheme, including self-referrals, falsified referrals, or any attempt to manipulate the process, will result in disqualification and may lead to further action.
5.2. The scheme may be modified, paused, or terminated at any time without prior notice. Any valid referrals made before such termination will be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of referral submission.
5.3. The referrer is responsible for any tax liabilities that may arise from receiving the reward. RubyDuke Communications Ltd is not responsible for advising on tax obligations, and participants should seek independent tax advice if necessary.
