Ru is a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a PhD, so she’s used to dealing with pressure. She has a special interest in teamwork and high performance, but always leads with compassion. Ru also holds a Professional Certificate in Coaching, accredited through Henley Business School and The University of Reading. She strives to create a coaching environment that fosters wellbeing, and gives the space for creativity to flourish.
